Refund Policy for New Accounts

We have a 7 day money back guarantee for all new hosting accounts. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees, over usage costs from data transfer and disk space, ssl certificates, domain registrations, domain transfers and domain renewals.

Refund Policy for Renewals (Hosting)

Renewal of all web hosting contracts will only be refunded if NCL Hosting Pty Ltd is notified prior to the Invoice Date. Refund requests received after this date will be made at the discretion of NCL Hosting Management. All cancellations must be received in writing at least 5 days prior to the renewal date and can be sent by regular mail, e-mail or fax. Phone requests will only be accepted if accompanied by written confirmation by one of the above methods.
